With teams on 12, 8, 6, 2 and 0 points in the South Group, the table is already starting to be quite spread out and two teams who are targeting the upper reaches meet in this clash.
Sussex were one of the teams with a 100% record before Somerset visited Hove on Friday evening whereas Glamorgan showed a brilliant ability to respond to to a narrow defeat with a convincing win over Essex on the same night.
So with the top two places coming into view, it will be very interesting to see who can come out on top on the south coast in this late afternoon - early evening clash on Sunday.
For the hosts, this is their third out of four successive games in Hove and they will want to make the most of home advantage when Glamorgan arrive at the ground.

Most pundits expected Sussex to record another victory when Somerset visited Hove on Friday evening but only one significant knock from the Sussex batters combined with a fine innings from Tom Kohler-Core saw the visitors take the points.
Sussex will have been bruised by that defeat but they still have a fine top three in Harrison Ward and Australian Daniel Hughes at the top of the order and keeper-batter John Simpson who hit 58 runs from 42 balls in Friday's defeat.
In Ollie Robinson and Tymal Mills, they have two of England's finest domestic pace bowlers and they could well operate in tandem during this match.
Brad Currie and Nathan McAndrew make up a fine bowling attack for Sussex who will be desperate to respond with a win in this game.

It was a fine performance with both bat and ball from Glamorgan in front of their home fans in Cardiff on Friday evening and as a result there will be plenty of confidence on the team coach when it pulls into Hove on Sunday afternoon.
Only Jamie Mcllroy and Andy Gorvin of the six-man strong bowling attack went wicketless against Essex and Glamorgan will once again be looking to the likes of Dan Douthwaite (3/34), Mason Crane (2/35), Ben Kellaway (2/26) and Timm van der Gugten (1/24) to do the damage with the ball.
As with any successful white ball side, batting depth is important and Glamorgan will be looking to showcase this once again on the south coast.
Captain Kiran Carlson has had another excellent start to the season across all formats and he hit 93 from 57 balls at the top of the order against Essex.
Glamorgan also have the experienced Colin Ingram at number four and they look like a very strong batting line-up.

There could be some light rain around at the toss and possibly still at the scheduled start of the game as well. Humidity levels will steadily increase with the temperature around 15 degrees throughout.

The ball always comes onto the bat at a good pace at Hove but the bowlers always know that there will be assistance provided they put the ball in the right place. Any score over 170 will be competitive at the end of the first innings.
With humidity levels forecast to increase as the afternoon turns to evening in Hove on Sunday evening, we predict that both sides will want to bat first in this game.
Sussex have an excellent line-up with both bat and ball but it was Glamorgan who produced the better cricket and got the result on Friday. We expect that momentum to continue in this match and are predicting an away victory in Hove.
