Kolhapur Tuskers, after winning their first match of the season against the Ratnagiri Jets by seven wickets, have now lost back-to-back matches. They fell to the Eagle Nashik Titans by four wickets, and in their last outing, the Tuskers lost against the Satara Warriors by 7 runs.

Bowling first, the Tuskers conceded 177/6. Their bowlers were a bit lackluster, though Athar Dawkay was the standout performer with figures of 2/29. Gurbani picked up one wicket, and Shreyas Chavan also secured a wicket while bowling economically.

Chasing the target, the Tuskers found themselves in trouble at 38/3. Siddharth Mhatre (28 runs) and Shrikanth Munde (64 runs) then forged a 72-run partnership for the fourth wicket. Puneri Bappa Preview

The Puneri Bappa, after going unbeaten in their first two matches—defeating the Ratnagiri Jets by 8 wickets in their first match and the Raigad Royals by a huge margin of 99 runs in their second—faced the wrath of the Eagle Nashik Titans in their last match and were completely outplayed.

Batting first, the Bappa posted a decent score of 149/7. Yash Kshirsagar was the top scorer with 34 runs off 27 balls, while Trunkwala, opening the innings, scored 33 runs off 25 balls. Suraj Shinde continued his good run of form, playing another cameo and scoring 26 runs off 18 balls, smashing two sixes and one four.

The Bappa bowlers then did a commendable job, taking the game down to the last over. They had the Titans in trouble early in the run-chase at 25/3, and further reduced them to 79/5 in 12 overs. At this point, the Bappa were the favorites, but a magnificent, unbeaten knock of 80 runs from Rohan Damle sealed the deal for the Titans.

Yash Nahar, with 104 runs in three matches, is the leading run-scorer for the Bappa in the tournament. In the bowling department, Nikhil Dhumal, with 9 wickets in three matches, has been the strike bowler and is also the leading wicket-taker in the tournament.
