The 18th season of the Indian Premier League has been suspended for a week due to the ongoing political tensions between India and Pakistan. It is devastating news for IPL 2025 viewers, but it is also a matter of safety for the players and the cricket fans. BCCI and the IPL committee took this decision when the Punjab Kings vs Delhi Capitals fixture was interrupted due to a blackout.
IPL 2025 reached the 58th fixture at the league stage, and we are still left to see 16 matches in the league, including playoffs and a final match. As of now, BCCI has stopped the tournament for a week, and things are expected to be up and running in normal mode very soon.
The ongoing season of IPL is filled with excitement and thrill. We have seen a lot of unexpected results, and the players displayed some fabulous performances. In this article, we bring you a list of top performers in the league who rule the betting odds at the Indian betting apps and entertain us with their performance in the league.
Top Performers in IPL 2025 - Batting

The explosive batter has changed the fate of the team, and now he is the leading run-scorer in the league. Suryakumar Yadav is known for his risky shots and ability to play big while being under pressure. He has been an anchor for Mumbai Indians at number 3, and on multiple occasions, Surya has helped the team score a big number when their openers failed to score runs.

2) Sai Sudharsan - Gujarat Titans
Gujarat Titans are the table toppers as of now, and the primary reason for their success this year is their dominating batting lineup. Opener Sai Sudharsan is the 2nd highest run-scorer in the league and has the potential to reach the top of the charts. Sai Sudharsan has a very calm and composed approach to the game. He comes and first understands the bowling attack and then starts scoring runs. Sai’s strength lies in his tactical understanding of the playing conditions and his ability to understand the spell. He takes calculated risks and converts loose balls into boundaries.

Gill, who is already an established Indian batting star, has done wonders for his team this year in the IPL. He has an aggressive approach to the game at the start, giving an extra edge to the team and a solid start against some of the best bowling attacks.
